In 2011, the Welfare Organisation for Orphans, the Poor, and Mualaf Baitul Sakinah As-Shariff was founded and registered. The establishment was inspired by the founder of Baitul Sakinah As-Shariff, Encik Alias bin Shariff, a complementary medical practitioner with a passion for children.
Upon the foundation of Baitul Sakinah As-Shariff, Puan Rajiah binti Yahya donated the welfare hostel "Pusat Jagaan Hajah Fatimah Abdullah", which is located on 1 acre of property in Kampung Telok Gong, Pelabuhan Klang.
The welfare hostel "Pusat Jagaan Hajjah Fatimah Abdullah" was registered with the Klang district's Social Welfare Department in 2014 and can accommodate 30 inhabitants. Baitul Sakinah As-Shariff, as the operator of Hajjah Fatimah Abdullah care centre, will protect the welfare of the inhabitants and educate and nurture the youngsters here mentally, physically, and spiritually.
